I have not received a password or code to enter the fan club. Even tho I bought the $80 package on November 6th. Has this happened to anyone else? I am a little torked off about it because there are supposed to be presale tickets and it requires a CODE!!!

Hey Jasonnnfan, we apologize that you (and several others) have been frustrated about the communication, which is why are working to improve this over the next few weeks. I know the customer service guys here on the phone spoke to a couple of you this past week and thought they had helped trouble shoot the issue, but clearly it's more complicated than we thought. So we are hoping the tech folks can help us solve this.

Thanks......it is the lack of communication that makes people angry. People will be patient if it is admitted that there is a problem. It is the silence that is so frustrating. Why hasn't it been admitted that there is a problem before this? If you got our emails why didn't you tell us there was a problem sooner so we wouldn't have wasted our time trying to access the Fan Club.
Jason's fans are very patient........just tell us what is going on and communicate!

Well, I decided to go through the whole signing up again just to see what would happen. I filled out the whole form and put in the coupon code and clicked continue, and a message came up that an account with my email address already exists. It gave a link for login and I put my email and password in and it took me to a page with my membership information. I have gotten this far several other times after I went through the whole filling out the registration thing. On this page there is a link called your subscriptions which says "JCM Fan Club". I clicked on this link and it just takes me to the JCM home page. I clicked on some of the links under Fan Club Activity and also under "Fan Club" at the top of the page. These links take me to the old sign up and log in for JCM Fan Club. When I put my login info there it says this is a private site and I must be invited to join (I have been invited to join). This is a far as I have gotten several other times. I really don't know what to do anymore since the administrators of this website and fan club are absolutely no help at all.
That is why if someone who actually got into the fan club could help it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
I still can't access the Fan Club after being sent an invitation numerous times. When I go to the link I am sent it tells me to put in my password three times. I do that and then check the box. Then a message pops up that tells me to please answer all required questions. ???????????? WHAT QUESTIONS???????? I have filled in every blank there is and there is nothing else for me to fill in. It won't let me go to another page. One time I somehow got to a page that tells me it is my personal page or something and that says I am a member of the fan club but there are no links to the fan club site. Sending an email to the fan club does not help........I just get a link to the same thing.........this after at least two weeks have gone by since I sent the email.

I guess I've been an official member of the fan club for over a month, but have still not ever gotten to the fan club pages so I have lost out on a months worth of fan club dues. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!
