Jason posted on twitter he would be on tour from February through April! How come the new tour dates aren't up yet? Or was he just talking about the tour with the Girls of Grace?
Everytime I hear one of Jason's songs I say to myself "he would sound great singing The Right Road Home" It's a song written and professionally recorded by my boyfriend, a Christian songwriter. jc4eva Go to the very top right hand corner of the page where your log-in name is. (it should say, "Hi, jc4eva) Click on it and you'll finda drop down menu. Choose edit account info and you can change your e-mail address there. I just did that a few months ago. :)
I ordered my CD on 9/29/10 and I still don't have it.
I decided that I wanted my "newmuisc" Tuesday to actually HAVE music in it so I brought it from iTunes. Does anyone know how I can cancel my order? I don't see any "contact Us" kind of information at the "store".
I need help...I just changed my email address so I want to change it here as well because the e-mail address I use to log on here will be deleted between 30 to 90 days. I agree Melinda. I ordered Jason's Deluxe cd the same day I pre-ordered the new cd. I had problems downloading and the situation has still not been resolved. Something about a broken link and thank you for your patience. It has been a month and I still don't have the deluxe cd and now I don't have the new cd I preordered a month ago. Now I'm not even getting responsed to my emails. I will wait until Itunes puts it out in the future. All I want to do is listen to some great Jason music on my Ipod and I haven't been able to do that yet. If I had bought them on Itunes I would already have them on my Ipod. An unfortunate lesson learned.
Ok, so when am I getting the link? I preordered and haven't got a thing!! I am really disappointed. If I knew this was going to happen I would have just waited to buy the songs on Itunes! Never doing that again..
I have a question. Didn't I see "Over the Rainbow" on one of these Albums???? If I did, I can't find it now and I sure thought it was there!
Never will pre-order again. This has happened EVERY time. Frustrating.
The company handling Jason's webstore...Insound, I think? They need to go. Close of business on album release day, and I, and many others, never received our preordered digital downloads. We should be getting our music before the rest of the world, not after. I should've learned my lesson when this happened with my last preorder, but I wanted to be supportive of Jason's site. I will not be purchasing from the webstore again as long as it continues to be run by that company.
I just posted a new discussion in this category called " Live from the studio 1290 has no id3 tag info"
But now I can't find it? How do I see if a thread that I posted is here. It contained some important info about the mp3 downloads from this site not having any id3 information for the songs, without this no media library can categorize the music even itunes. It doesn't even have the artist name which is pretty important.

The mapping on the ad in front of the home page here is off--you have to click aways off to the right to get it to close. (It was fine yesterday.) Please fix!
Is there going to be a 2011 calendar. I hope so, I've loved the last 2.
Also, it would be great if Jason could gift the fanclub with another Christmas song like he did with White Christmas. It's one of my favorite Christmas songs on my ipod, right up there with David Bowie/Bing Crosby Drummer Boy.

I put like 3 things in there and then went back to see what I picked so I didn't get 2 of the same thing and the album names weren't there.
Hell I shoulda just bought one of everything, but I coulda been buying 2 of everthing for all I knew. I WANTED The MP3s of Jason Casto and Let's Just Fall. If I can figure out how to get those we'll be all set!.
