$79 Preorder CD Bundle

Those of us who pre-ordered the $79 cd bundle have not received emails indicating that they've shipped, whereas those who preordered the less expensive bundles have received notification.  The 'Store' says that the $79 is no longer available.

Please assure those of us who preordered Jason's cd as part of the expensive $79 bundle, that we will be receiving it in the same time frame as those who preordered the basic cd.  I preordered the $79 bundle in September, the day it was announced.  If there is a glitch and these preorders aren't valid, that would be heartbreaking.

    Please, someone assist me. I did order the $79 bundle and have emailed help@jasoncastro.hasawebstore.com, but I have received no response. I happened to order the $79 bundle in 2010, when funds allowed, and at the time that I placed the order, the calendar was still included. If it was not to be shipped anymore after 2010, it should have been removed as something you will receive in your order and priced accordingly. I need someone to contact me regarding shipment of the calendar or a refund for part of the order not received. Can someone direct me to whom I need to speak with to find resolution? This was not a cheap purchase for me and I feel very let down that I have made this investment and feel I am being gypped.

    sanggurl, for those that ordered the $79 bundle in 2009, the calendar was shipped the beginning of January.

    treegirl, I also got all the items except the fan club access. I have emailed the fan club several times but no one will answer my emails. I ordered the $79 bundle because it included the fan club, but here we are without access. I don't understand why no one will answer and give us our password. Frankly, it doesn't seem like the most difficult thing for someone to give us a password. It is very frustrating to constantly be ignored. If we bought the membership then we should have access. I wonder who we are supposed to contact about this.

    Yes, the $79 bundle included a calendar, signed poster, CD, fan club, and t-shirt. For me, each item was shipped separately, but I got everything except for the fan club access -- I'm still waiting on that, and it's been almost three weeks. Hope that helps!

    Hey....can someone verify if the $79 CD bundle was to include the calendar? I believe it was, but they have taken the pre-order info down, and the receipt you receive does not break down what was included in the shipments. Please advise if anyone knows.
