My preorder bundle was delivered and it included zero information on the fan club (and a ripped up poster...but that's another story). I need some information on the fan club benefits including meet and greet opportunities before the tour starts on Saturday please.

As a consumer, I feel ignored.

Before I even get to this M&G deal, I would like to know why hasn't any one officially explained to me why the bundle package can only be purchased in USA. I've asked about it & was directed to merchandise team who then redirected me to Atlantic of which I'm still to receive a reply from them and that was when the bundle launch was officially available.

I've been a fan member of Jason since he first launched his website and had no problem paying for the membership. Now that Atlantic or however has taken over his website int'l fans are all neglected. I have no idea if I'm still an official fan member.

Here's hoping that they (ppl incharge of JCM) would be bothered to read these comments and get back to us with an acceptable reply.

Look, I'm just gonna come right out and say it. This negatively affects Jason. That is the opposite function of a fan club. Lots of promises have been made and all we, the fans, have gotten is a excuse or silence. Fans can be fickle. Very few are going to hang on for as long as many of us have. Something has to change with how the members of the fan club are treated. We are not asking for the moon. We would just like what we were promised and what we paid for. So please let us long time fan club members (and new members, for that matter) how the meet & greets will be handled at the upcoming tour.

My fanclub package included a fan club meet & greet. Would I be eligible to attend one if I traveled to a far away venue since the tour isn't coming anywhere near me?
If not this April May tour, then when?
