Jason Castro Updates

I ordered the Christmas bundle on that Friday morning when they first started selling them. My account was charged $20.98 and I got an email saying Thank you for your purchase. A few days later the money was back into my account, which is not unusual for an order that wasn't gonna be shipped until mid-December. However, I am hearing that some people have already received their calendars and yet I have not received an email saying that my order shipped, nor has the money been taken out from my account yet. The order and credit card is in my name, Carol Keen. But the order was suppose to ship to Heather Burns, both being the same address. Can you please check on it! Was hoping I could get it for a Christmas present, considering I purchased it on the day they announced they were going on sale! Thanks

i contacted kim @ insound. she confirmed that the first batch has been sold out and she doesn't know when the next batch of calendars will be available. such a disappointment as i wanted to get my friend a calendar for christmas. surely they must have anticipated the calendar being a hot selling item.

Please, where do we order the calendar and tote?

okay, just got the calendar. it's absolutely beautiful. i want to buy a calendar and tote for a friend for xmas, but the tote and calendar are nowhere to be found on the site. help!

when i go to the webstore the tote bag and calender is not there in the webstore. the only thing there is the pre-orders for the albums. i really want to know how to order the bag and calender but do not know how.

I received my calendar today and it's just beatiful - great quality plus what can you say about those gorgeous pictures of Jason - he is truly a beautiful person inside and out - Congratulations to all of you who put this calendar together - Great Job!

Randy - maybe it was a re-enactment of the LJFILA video - you know - all those photos flying about? ;)

Even though I have a locking mailbox I always worry about packages - so any advance knowledge of when my calendar SHOULD have been here by would be welcome.

Just a heads up to the merchandising dept. Got my calendar today as part of the bundle, opened it and the calendar fell apart on the floor...grin. So far talked to 5 others on twitter with the same problem. You might want to have quality control give them another peek.... ;)

I'm so glad for these! Now I don't have to get my friends those blanket-with-sleeve thingies for Christmas!
