Jason Castro Updates

I pre ordered at the Gap in Dallas, but I never got an email with the album upload. I tried going back to the site, but can't even get there. My daughter also pre ordered at the Gap, but she got an email saying the album would be released November 26???? (feeling a little frustrated)

I loved the version that was played at the texas state fair...the studio version is missing the bass drum....the bass drum gave the song a heart beat...would be cool if that could be added to the album version....still beautiful though.

I just received mine. I e-mailed help@jasoncastro.hasawebstore.com I gave my receipt number and they responded pretty fast.

Anyone notice not a PEEP from the site on this? It seems like more and more businesses and this IS a business takes for granted that people will just sit back and accept poor work and say nothing and the sad thing is most do which is why they get away with it. I constantly hear "oh well"..that's for the birds. Either do you job or lose MY business frankly I'm tired of the webstore they use excuses. Last time it was "oh we are just setting up for this" and it was error after error, this time what's the excuse? Is a distribution list REALLY that hard to send out? If they think so they need to get out of the web business. Am I annoyed....darn right I am and will NOT be using this site to buy anything again. Shoddy business all around. It's not about this download what it is about is the pre-order... how do we even know that we are ON it if they can't do a simple email with the same address? I don't trust this type of business with my CC information frankly.

I have still not received mine yet either. I have received previous downloads with no problem. I did dig up my receipt and sent an e-mail. Hopefully it will come soon!!

I haven't gotten my e-mail yet either but I tweeted Jason last night about it and he tweeted back and said he's on it. So he knows not all the e-mails have been sent yet. I think we will just have to wait a little longer. I'm sure it's just because they have a lot of people to send them to. It'll be worth the wait though! :)

When I woke up this morning I thought for sure I would have received the email for the download. No that is not the case. Anyone heard from Atlantic about the status of these?

Your right though I don't blame Jason his people need to get their act together, everything associated with them is "hurry up and wait".... still haven't received the email which makes me wonder just how well the pre-orders will be shipped..........or IF...

What's another day? I sure hope this means that cd pre-orders have gone thru the roof and the email elves are burnin candles at both ends!

Being a fan of Jason certainly is an exercise in patience. Good thing he's worth it. ;)
